What memberships do you offer?

We offer Health club, which includes gym and swim, swim only, a health + Aqua classes (this membership is currently sold out with a small wait list), Bootcamp only membership

Is there really no long term contracts?

There really isn’t, we don’t believe in them. We want our members to join and stay because they want to, not because they’re tied in. We just ask for a month’s notice to cancel things which of course you can still attend the club for that last month.

Do you do day passes?

No. We are a members only club and in order for us to deliver the best service to members (and hotel guests) we keep it that way.

Do you have a joining fee?

No! Again, we don’t believe in these, when you register on this page, you’ll go through to the next page to join by card, a joining fee wouldn’t be ethical (in our opinion).

Do you really offer a FREE PT session if I sign up?

YES! If you join us on the link, you can get a complimentary PT session (provided you’ve never trained with one of our team before). Just let us know times and days that work for you and if you have a preference for a particular trainer. If not we will ask a bit about your goals to ensure you are with their right trainer for you.

Can I bring my kids swimming with me?

Being a family run business we want to say yes, however ask that when bringing children we are mindful of members and hotel guests. The pool is designed to be a quiet pool, of course if you happen to get it to yourself make all the noise you want, as long as when others are there, their experience is respected.

What classes do you offer?

If you get the aqua membership you get access to them monday to friday at 10am and 11am. We have a bootcamp membership too which you can bolt the health club onto also.

Do I have to book a time slot in?

No, we cap membership numbers with the goal of avoiding a booking system if we don’t have to. Members get access to an app to see how busy the club is and can notify us and others they’re on the way too.

Why do I need to put my email address in to get information?

Because we only want serious enquiries only. We will not spam you and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Can I come and see the club before I join?

Yes, just email [email protected] and we will arrange that.

Do you offer a couples rate?

No we are extremely cost effective and cap membership numbers so wouldn’t be able to offer a couples rate.

What other services do you offer at the Club?

Apart from gym, Swim, Aqua, Bootcamp and PT? You can get a 1:1 health consultation, a Mummy MOT and we also have Rory Neill, a sports massage therapist too who you can book in to see.
