What is Team HH? And what do you do?

We are a health and fitness brand that is all about helping people work towards the best them. HH stands for health and happiness which is what we are all about as a brand. We want anyone who works with us (be it online, health club or bootcamp) to feel happier and healthier, and SIMPLE

I’ve never done this before. Where do I start?

We have a range of services so if you’re not too sure what you want to do, then fill in the contact us form to arrange a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and we can see which of our services will help you best.

I am a fussy eater but want to lose weight. Can you help me?

Absolutely, we have worked with thousands of people over the years on their nutrition and many of them self proclaimed fussy eaters. Our coaching is science backed so works regardless to how fussy you are.

How much time do I need?

Everyone is different based on where you are now, where you want to be. Clients commit a time that suits their lifestyle and we work from there.

I have medical conditions, so I'm not sure whether you can help me?

Without knowing more it’s tough to tell. That being said, we work closely with health professionals to help our clients to make progress around health conditions. But we may suggest getting doctors consent prior to starting anything with us.

Do I need to join longer term?

No we don’t do long term contracts, our online coaching is a 6 month programme, because truth be told we dont believe you can change your life in a few weeks or a couple of months. Our health club and boot camp are just a monthly rolling membership with month notice to cancel.

How much do your services cost?

They vary depending on which services you choose. Our health club is just £20 a week, bootcamp £28 a week to our 1-1 personalised coaching at £100 a week. It’s about which approach will suit you best and your budget.

I don't think the gym is for me, can I still achieve my goals?

Yes a majority of our clients don’t use gyms (particularly at first). We don’t expect anyone to do something they’re not comfortable with. We work on each client individually.

I’ve tried everything before. What makes you think you can help me?

The personalised approach. We literally work hands on with our clients and get to know everyone as a person to make sure they get the 101 support they need to achieve their goals.

I don't want to calorie count, does that matter?

No although we feel it’s the most effective way for those wanting to lose weight if that’s not for you, we work around that. A healthy approach for you is the most important thing.

Weight loss isn’t my goal, can you still help?

Yes we can! A little secret weight loss is never a goal to us with clients, it’s helping them live a happier healthier lifestyle those wanting to lose weight do so as a byproduct of the lifestyle based coaching we give them.
