We run a members only bootcamp where we deliver high quality workouts to you using a variety of resistance based and cardio based workouts. 

 Although everyone is different, you can expect to see, shape change, feel more energised, and meet new people.

30minutes. We do ensure we maximise every minute of the workout.

In a word NO! it’s our job to get you fitter, stronger happier and healthier.

Our membership is £117 a month for unlimited access to our sessions.

When you submit your information on the form (next page) we will assess the answers and be honest with you if our bootcamp is right for you or not. We are not injury specialists however many of our clients have niggles that we can work around to to ensure you get a good workout but more importantly a safe workout too.

We don’t believe in long term contracts, its a monthly recurring membership and we just ask a month notice to cancel, full terms and condition are available at

We suggest a minimum of 3 a week for results and value for money. Many of our clients attend 5 sessions a week, we split the body so you can train every day if you want to.

No We are a members only bootcamp so only want people who can attend 3+ sessions a week. 

YES! Of course, in fact if you join, then refer a friend, you will get a month free as a thank you. we know thew power of working out with friends, although we all become friends at Bootcamp anyways. Just make sure we have availability first.
